1. Scope and Relationship to the Terms
AIzer provides a human-led matchmaking assistant for shadchanim and related users. This policy applies to personal information processed through AIzer websites, web applications, accounts, waitlists, demos, emails, support channels, and other services that link to this policy.
By using AIzer, you also agree to our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in those Terms.
Legal Roles under Privacy Laws
With respect to the profile content, singles' information, notes, and other matchmaking workflow data entered by our customers, our customers act as the "Data Controller" (or "Business" under US state laws), and AIzer acts solely as a "Data Processor" (or "Service Provider").
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use AIzer. We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate, protect, improve, and support the service.
Information You Provide
- Account details, such as name, email address, organization, login credentials, and authentication records.
- Profile and workflow content, such as singles, notes, preferences, constraints, relationship status, follow-up history, introductions, and related context you choose to enter.
- Communications, such as demo requests, support messages, feedback, survey responses, and other correspondence.
- Billing and commercial information if paid plans or invoices are enabled, including payment status, plan details, and transaction metadata. Payment card data, if used, is processed by our payment provider and not stored by AIzer.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, feature usage, and error logs.
- Security data, such as session identifiers, login events, fraud-prevention signals, and audit logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies needed for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We may use analytics technologies to understand aggregate usage. We do not use sensitive matchmaking content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information About Other People
AIzer is designed for users who may enter information about singles, referrals, families, or other people. If you provide personal information about someone else, you are responsible for having the necessary permission, authority, notice, consent, or other lawful basis to do so. AIzer does not verify, and is not responsible for verifying, that you have obtained such consent. Do not enter information you are not authorized to process.
Sensitive Information
Matchmaking workflows may involve sensitive or private details, including religious, family, relationship, health-adjacent, or other personal context. You should provide sensitive information only when necessary, appropriate, and authorized. AIzer does not use sensitive information to target advertising and does not sell it.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and secure AIzer.
- To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain audit logs.
- To organize matchmaking workflow data, surface explainable suggestions, manage follow-ups, and support human review.
- To respond to support requests, demos, feedback, and administrative communications.
- To improve performance, reliability, usability, security, and product quality.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent spam, misuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, preserve legal claims, and respond to lawful requests.
AI and Large Language Model (LLM) Training Limitation: We do not use your profile content, matchmaking workflow data, or matchmaker notes to train third-party generative artificial intelligence or large language models (LLMs), nor do we permit our AI subprocessors to use your data for their model training.
AIzer does not make automatic introductions and does not replace human judgment. Suggestions are assistive outputs for human review.
5. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, role, and relationship with AIzer, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy-rights decision. You may also have the right to opt out of sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable. AIzer does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email support@aizer.app. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. If your request concerns information entered by an AIzer customer or workspace user, we may direct you to that customer or coordinate with them because they may control the relevant data.

For residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California where applicable, the categories of personal information we collect may include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation approximated from IP address, professional or organizational information, sensitive information you choose to provide, inferences needed to operate the service, and other information described in this policy. We collect and disclose these categories for the purposes and recipient categories described above. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. We may still send transactional, security, legal, and service-related messages.
6. Security, Retention, and Deletion
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your credentials, limiting workspace access, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AIzer, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security and audit records, and support legitimate business needs. We may retain backup, archival, or legal-hold copies for limited periods after deletion from active systems.

8. Children
AIzer is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a user or matchmaker entering personal information about an individual under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have obtained verifiable consent from that individual's parent or legal guardian before entering their data into our Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to AIzer, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
